| DSG's
Internet Telephony Services provide all DSG VoIP device
users, but not exclusively, a flexible and cost-effective
alternative to make Internet phone calls. For DSG device
users, DSG ITSP services apply when making phone-to-device
or device-to-phone calls. DSG Calling Points are required
to use DSG ITSP Services |
| |
Please
take a few minutes to read the following to learn
about DSG Calling Points and ITSP Services. |
|
 |
| Storage:
|
Calling
Points are stored with a Device ID or an ITSP Account.
A Device ID is a unique 6-digit number on each device.
An ITSP Account is a 10-digit number that may be
used on all DSG devices. Users have the option to
store Calling Points on either the Device ID or
ITSP Account, or both. |
|
 |
| Setting:
|
When
used, Calling Points are automatically deducted
first from ITSP Account, then Device ID. Do keep
your ITSP Account setting blank on your device if
you don't have an ITSP Account or if your ITSP Account
has no remaining credit. |
|
 |
| Check
Balance: |
To check the remaining balance
of Calling Points, connect your device to the Internet,
and press *88# to check balance for ITSP Account
or *99# to check balance for Device ID. [Applicable
models: IPStar, InterStar, and InterPhone.] |
|
 |
| Effective
Period: |
The effective period of Calling
Points is nine-month from initial use. The Calling
Points expire at the end of the effective period.
The balance of an expired account is displayed as
0 point. Once the Calling Points expire, they cannot
be validated nor rollback through any mechanism. |
