  DSG Technology launches the Blaze Series of IP PBX Communication System

DSG Technology today launched the Blaze Series of IP PBX Communication System. In addition to the core PBX Server, the new Blaze Series also provides built-in Voice Mail System, Recording System, Conference Server and Voice Gateway offering enterprises the complete internal and international communication solutions.

With the emerging of VoIP technology, the IP PBX has gradually replaced traditional PBX and becomes the main stream in PBX market. By utilizing the advantage of IP communication, DSG Blaze Series can support off-premises offices or individuals. The off-premises employees just need to connect their IP phones to the Internet or VPN and can become one of the extensions as in the head office. The Blaze Series IP PBX Communication System allows off-premises employees to make intercom calls with the head office and use all the PBX functions such as Transfer, Voice Mail, and so on. Therefore, enterprises can save a lot of expenses of international calls or long distance calls among different location locations.

One single Blaze Series IP PBX Communication System can support up to 200 ports and can be expanded to 1000 ports via the Joint Server function. SIP protocol is also supported by Blaze Series. Blaze Series includes various functions such as Voice Mail System, Recording System, Conference Server, and Voice Gateway. Blaze series is the all-in-one solution for users to enjoy the complete telephone features. Blaze Series supports various phone types such as IP phones, software phones and analog phones and all of them can be deployed in different locations flexibly. The administrators or extension users can manage and maintain the system or personal extensions via the web browser.

DSG Technology is expected to launch NAT Proxy and CTI Link advanced applications in Q2 or Q3. NAT Proxy can solve the transversal issue on NAT and firewalls and offers transparent communication between the head office and off-premises extensions. CTI Link provides the high-level Call Center applications with the converged ACD, IVR, UMS, and Agent Management solutions.
