DSG Technology introduces IP770
and IP870 VoIP key
phones converging VoIP adaptor and analog phone
features all together. The complete VoIP key phones
allow users to place Internet phone calls to worldwide
regular phone users or any DSG VoIP devices.
The newly released VoIP key phones, IP770 and IP870,
are essentially the phone version of DSG’s IPStar
and InterStar VoIP adaptors which use dialup or
Ethernet connection to make and receive Internet
phone calls. However, the IP770 and IP870 are the
all-in-one phone sets with speakerphone, speed dialing,
redial and advanced VoIP functions. Users are able
to enjoy the Internet phone calls without the hassle
to set up the VoIP adaptor with a separate phone
set.
Being a member of DSG VoIP devices, the IP770 and
IP870 are inherited the DSG ITSP Services supported
by DSG Global ITSP Networks. Incorporated the complete
gatekeeper, routing and billing mechanism, users
are able to place Internet phone calls to any regular
telephone in the world in a transparent and seamless
connections. With the compliment DSG ITSP Services,
device users can enjoy a great savings on device-to-phone
calls as well as the free device-to-device calls.
Both IP770 and IP870 provide a LCD display for easy
configuration, 8 function keys and 5 programming
buttons. The supported regular phone functions include
volume adjustment, mute, speakerphone, speed dialing
and flash. The IP770 and IP870 support G.723.1 for
voice compression and decompression. The IP770 VoIP
key phone has a built-in modem supporting dial-up
Internet connection; the IP870 with a LAN port supports
TCP/IP, PPPoE, NAT and DHCP network environment.
