DSG Technology announced a professional DSS console today allowing corporate operators or receptionists better handling calls. InterConsole is a hardware attendant console offering 100 programmable buttons and 10 page buttons to switch 100 programmable buttons at a time. InterConsole can monitor the status of up to 1,000 end points of the IP-PBX system.

The programmable buttons can be configures as direct selection to extensions, CO lines or other features. The LED of each button shows different colors for busy, idle, ringing or being held offering a quick view of the system status. The page buttons can quickly switch the display of 100 buttons on the panel. Either local or off-premises extensions or CO lines, InterConsole can monitor all of them at a glance.
