The reason might be that the busy tone parameter
of IP1200C is different from the one of your local
telephone company or your PBX system. As a result
your IP1200C is not able to detect the busy tone
signal and disconnect the line. You can adjust the
parameters on Busy Tone Setup to match the requirement
offered by your telephone company or PBX system. |
