DSG Return Material Authorization
Warranty Policy
DSG provides warranty services and remedy those of its
defective products under effective warranty. The warranty
period is one year from the date of shipping or invoice
from manufacture. The warranty covers both parts and labor.
Parts may be replaced under the warranty with new or compatible
remanufactured parts. DSG, however, is not responsible
for defects caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse,
usage for which the product is not designed, altered or
repaired. DSG is also not responsible for the product
if the warranty seal is broken or damages caused by self-repairing.
RMA Procedures
1. Please complete the RMA form and send it to DSG Service
Center prior to sending the defective product. A RMA #
will be assigned to you.
2. Please send the defective product together with a copy
of your purchase invoice to DSG Service Center in Taiwan.
Maintenance & Shipping Costs
1. Under Warranty:
No maintenance or parts replacement fee will occur.
You are responsible for shipping the defect product
to DSG Service Center in Taiwan.
DSG is responsible for shipping the repaired or
replaced unit to the customer.
All related costs are to be covered by the responsible
party.
2. Out of Warranty:
A minimum US$40 repair fee will be charged. If
the repair cost exceeds this amount, you will be contacted
for authorization.
You are responsible for all shipping related costs.
Return Policy
There is no return acceptable after sale.
